Took a trip from the rgv to San Antonio and was pretty pleased with the customer service and the room availability. Room was clean and had no issues, just wish they had a better selection of snacks in the front. But overall not bad will come back.
Great hotel and great price!
So the hotel rooms smelled mouldy. At first, I thought it was just the humidity because it was hot and the AC was at a low. The first room we were given (room 158) had massive mould in the ceiling corner above the shower head. I only discovered it while taking a shower because I looked up. It was huge, green and gross. My husband was dead against staying in there after I told him. He went to the receptionist, who was upset that we had used the room.
