The beds were very uncomfortable. They hurt our backs as you could feel the springs pressing on our back. We were on the first floor below the washing machines which thumped until 3 am. A neighboring room had his tv blasting full volume until 4 am. Not a restful stay and we won’t be going back.
Called to verify location was hung on the first time. Called back to ask for a manager only to be overtalked. I’m sorry, I can not get used to be treated like that. What happened to customer service????
Our stay was pretty terrible. 1. The hotel smelled bad. 2. The beds were thin and hard. I could feel the springs. 3. The bed sits on a metal platform and whenever you roll over on the bed, it sounds like thunder. Loud enough to where it wakes everyone up in the room. 4. The pillows were lumpy. 5. Every time I walked in the room, whoever was below us was pounding on the ceiling. When I told the staff, they said, the person downstairs was complaining that we were jumping, (which we weren’t).
