The bathroom fan squealed so loud it would wake up a sleeping person. There was no nightlight to keep from turning on the loud fan/light. Although there was a good bit of light coming in from around the door which also let in the marijuana smell coming from the hallway. Probably coming from the same people who thought it ok to play their music extremely loud all hours of the night. Staff were rude . No pillow cases on pillows .not enough towels for two people to shower . When I asked for an additional towel I was told she couldn’t do that . Remnants of the last person who used the toilet were in toilet. Musty smell in room /black mold on the wall . We came in very late after traveling for 15 hrs or we would have left . Ac works great is the only positive. parking lot is tiny and terrible. no parking for van with trailer. room smelled like mildew. blanket and pillows were very cheap terrible quality. rooms and hotel felt dirty. breakfast was terrible. overall not worth $150/night

so I checked in on a Friday, mind you have been driving for 10 hours so by the time I get there im exhausted , check- in goes smooth and good to go , walk up to my room, floors are soaked, a/c is leaking everywhere, I go back down to the front desk, and show the receptionist she says I can put you in another room, ok great. asked if im going to be getting the same room I paid for , she said well yeah I think so. sure enough I go to my new room , thankfully it’s what I got . everything been okay, whatever. The hotel needs to be updated. Our room has holes in the curtains, broken and chipped furniture, peeling paint in the bathtub, and an odd smell. The door did not close properly which was a serious concern being that it was not located in a very nice area.
