Unmanaged Garbage! Rude late night staff. Doors don't lock! If it's after 11pm, you have to walk through the lobby to get to a vending machine, which may be quite a trek! When I told people i was staying here whom i'm doin business with, they told me to wear a protective vest. Oh, did i mention they locked up my bank card for incidentals, which the promised wouldn't happen. La Quinta Inn Reno is good Not close to the casino area but works out a lot cheaper....Very close to the airport though....The rooms were decent and the customer service was good too....
