We stayed at this hotel for one night during our road trip from Memphis to New York City. We booked through Booking.com and arrived just past midnight. The check-in process was smooth—someone was at the front desk, and there were a few guests relaxing in the lobby. Could have been closer to the highway. the breakfast sucked big time its like they didn't care. But it is as clean as clean can get the rooms the common area everywhere. The man that checked us in was a big help. And the lady in the morning was a grump.

I stayed here for work purposes, the location isn't bad it's just in a dangerous spot, it's a young guy around 19 that works the front desk who is rude, and definitely lies. I literally had to go purchase my own towels and things due to housekeeping saying they didn't service the room due to the do not disturb sign being in the door which was definitely not true, so he then Indicated that we could not receive towels or anything like that till house keeping came in that morning. I am here for work. And they still haven't changed my bed sheets. They only come in every for or five days. They don't give toilet paper. And when you go and ask every day the office is like a roll everyday. Well yes we are two females and yall never give us any. No towels. Was given a hand written note say you need to take your trash to the outside trash can. There is too much trash. Yet they never came and clean the room. There was no do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel is at a convenient location, has a private parking and it’s close to a big supermarket and gas station. The staff is polite, respectful and helpful. The place is clean and ordered. The rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast has a lot of variety and most importantly healthy choices. Parking is a bit tricky if you are towing, so call in advance to check if there will be space. Overall very good experience at this location
