We've stayed here multiple times with little to no issues over the last year. On arrival, I wasn't welcomed and was accused of being a guest who gave a bad review to a 3rd party booking website. It was not me. It was inappropriate to share that guest's name. All customers should be greeted and treated well no matter if it was me or not. We were driving from Wisconsin to South Carolina and decided to stop in Virginia at this location. We've always had a good experience with La Quinta but this one was the best! The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, the check-in process was fast, and we were traveling with our two dogs so he made sure we got a room right next to the door to make potty breaks quick and easy. After a long drive there's nothing better than being greeted with a friendly face and a clean room. This is was a 10/10 experience!
Better then I could have expected
This might be your best option in Radford but “know before you go”! Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear word for word conversations in the rooms on each side and the room across the hall. It’s bad. Friendly staff.
Shoutout to Sai, the goat! he is so sweet and helped us with breakfast! he was so awesome and just provided the greatest service! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!
