The service is absolutely terrible. Alondra was working the front desk November 1, 2025 I asked for a fresh blanket Alondra said they don’t offer sheets or blankets so we had a very uncomfortable night plus my food was stolen from the front desk
Room was outdated for a La Quinta/Wyndham. Definitely needs a remodel /upgrade
An old hotel with slow WiFi, clean, old style rooms and not enough electrical outlets and no nightstand clock. Clean room and a comfortable bed, though.
This was a very misleading experience. The front desk staff was very kind, but that was where the happiness ended. The entire place was dark and empty, the room didn’t lock properly and the lights flickered weakly when you tried to turn them on. The shower was small and weak, and it was a bit terrifying to sleep there. The one plus was that they shuttled us to the airport in the morning. But I guess if you’re looking for spooky haunted vibes you might enjoy this
If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. This hotel has bed bugs. Didn’t stay one night, me and my husband seen bed bugs on the pillows and bed. They do a run around concerning refunds. The worst hotel near the phoenix airport.
