We are giving this hotel ZERO stars. We booked through booking.com and the images that they have on there, does not actually show how the place looks. It is filthy, the toilet was broken (literally coming off the floor), the shower was broken and wouldn't turn on all of the way, the floors were sticky and it smelled weird in the room. The worst part, GUN shots at 11:20 pm just as I was falling asleep. We were not able to sleep AT ALL. That was our whole reason for booking the hotel was to get some sleep before our flight. The hotel itself is very outdated. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because of the young lady that was at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel almost at 2 am and Victoria was able to accommodate my husband and I, and OUR DOG, in a room. The first room smelled like cigarettes really bad, so I asked her if she could move us to a different room, and she did. She was very helpful and the transition was super easy. She was really nice! Staff was friendly, the location was convenient. The rooms weren’t as nice as the other La Quinta’s we’ve been to. There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the basic room we got and paying $50 extra wasn’t worth it. The bathroom area was very small, they should add a curtain to the sink area because it’s nearly impossible to dress where the shower was. If you’re tall you’ll have issues even showering. Stayed almost 3 weeks due to apartment issues. Best 3 weeks in a year. No problems with extending my stay or check out. My cat loved it and she was calm and relaxed. Place was super clean!
