Clean rooms and breakfast area. Slept very well. From check-in to check-out everyone was friendly. Lots po f restaurants in the area.
They should train their people on how to make a reservation over the phone.
First of all their phone answering service is a sign that the rest of the interactions will be less than desirable. Then the actual person that I eventually got to speak to was unable to make a reservation over the phone. He didnt know how.
The pictures are so much better than the actual hotel. This hotel advertised being just one year old but It’s much older and poorly cared for. It is dark, dirty, and doesn’t feel safe for young children. When I pulled in, a lady advised me to lock my car doors immediately and I wanted to cancel my reservation immediately. Snacks aren’t stocked. Carpets are filthy. Their pet policy is great but that’s about it.
