I stayed here for 2 days the floors were filthy , you step on the floor with bare feet and your feet will literally be black in a few seconds. the room smelled horrible , not to mention the bed sheets aswell and roaches and insects kept crawling out of the walls and corners. Housekeeping also never checked to see if we needed the trash taken out by the time we checked out the trash was overflowing. Hotel was disgusting. The smell upon entering was foul. Stains on the walls, the mirror had smudges and handprints. We could see the outside from the inside because the ac was coming out the wall. The hotel staff were unhelpful when asking for a refund via in person and phone. I was told I needed to speak to the manager he would be there at such and such time. This was not my normal experience for a La Quinta Inn. The grass needed cutting, the front lobby smells of smoke, area did not seem safe, and rooms can use a lot of updating. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, then it’s fine. But if you’re vacationing with children and family, This is not the place. Staff didn’t even change out our towels or ask if we needed anything. It’s definitely not worth the price.
