Rooms in process of being remodeled. Staff attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast included.
Everything was good except for the bathroom which did not contain any sort of grab bars at all. Tub/shower vey slippery and hard to access because of nothing to hold onto. Very LOW toilet. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was great and service was good.
There were multiple issues with the hotel. First, on our arrival we were greeted with a property that looked like it hadn’t been mowed in months. There were weeds 3 feet tall along the edge of the building. Siding was missing. Then we check in (that process was fine), go to to the room, and the whole room smells like a chemical that was sprayed to cover up the smell of something else. I would assume smoke. I am giving this review for the AMAZING staff here! I want to recognize Lily, Emily, Autumn, Theresa, Penny and Zac! They ALL deserve raises AND bonuses!!! Each one went above and beyond to make my stay a one-of-a-kind experience! I extended my stay because of these people! Management show you value them by actually doing something, like a raise AND a bonus! Thank you, Lily, Emily, Autumn, Theresa, Penny, and Zac! Keep BEing the Amazing people you are!
The outside needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. It is getting to look terrible. The weeds and the thistles are gonna be higher than the lower windows.
