This inn needs some serious TLC. At first glance it seemed fine, but the parking lot had trash scattered around, and the entrance floor was covered in debris from foot traffic, regular cleaning would make a big difference. The breakfast service was good and about what I expected, and the staff were pleasant enough. Unfortunately, the room itself was a disappointment. One star because you can't do zero... I stayed a couple months ago and accidentally left a pretty expensive necklace with enormous sentimental value on the dresser due the the chain breaking. I left for a few hours and when I realized it was gone I returned to find that it had been stolen by one of the housekeepers. We then proceeded to ask each housekeeper if they had seen/taken it but no one would say. It never turned up in the lost and found. Clean rooms, very friendly service, great breakfast.. huge TV. Jacuzzi was 10/10. Literally couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

La Quinta hotels used to be our go-to but I feel as though the quality is really slipping in recent years. This was a little cheaper than some others we were considering just up the freeway and we wish we had gone there. It wasn't a terrible stay but we're a little older now and can appreciate spending a little more for better quality. Our first room had a TV that we couldn't control the volume with the remote and there were no buttons on the TV.
