They really need to focus on maintaining the condition of their facility. Honestly, I’m surprised the business is still operating in its current state. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, and several things were either broken or falling apart, including the light stands, telephone, shower, and dryer. I made a reservation for two nights, and during check-in I was sent to three different rooms because the key pad wasn’t working. The front desk agent then assigned me to another room, but the room was in unacceptable condition. There was feces still in the toilet, the bed was dirty, and the room had a strong odor. The location was alright. It was close to the French Quarter and they allowed our puppy to stay. When we entered our room it had a strong odor, the door lock wasn't secured (looked like it was busted open). The sink was leaking, the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was only two bath towels for four people. No washcloths even though we decided not to bath here at all. We also used our pups kennel to put in front of the door for added protection.
