She is the reason this hotel is falling I've been. Here several time I booked the same room too times but due to HER!!INCOMPTANCE...I HAD TO REBOOK A ROOM I ALREADY PAID FOR THANK GOD MANAGMENT IS GOOD PEOPLE UNFORTUNATELY good staff is hard to find hopefully they remove her immediately so rude and unprofessional!!!
My boyfriend and I do a hotel stay from time to time. And I choose this hotel because it wasn't too far from home and also because the price wasn't too bad. I shouldn't have ignored the 1.3 (whatever) rating that it had. I was hoping that it would be a nice lil room once I opened the door. WRONG. I was in a room located on the first floor across from the pool. Water from the pool got on the mat that was placed in front the door, so therefore water was tracked inside the room.
