Bad all around, keys didn’t work, shower head didn’t work,needed to use a cup to shower. The front desk was rude for no reason, morning shift was just totally rude. Wouldn’t let us eat in peace just behind you constantly mad complaining! Need better morning staff need people who actually enjoy their job!
There is no maintenance person during the weekend and they don’t clean the rooms every day. The place smells moldy and the carpets in the building look like they have not been cleaned in years. Location is good if you have access to a car. I would not stay here again.
If you have pets this place is ok, I guess. The rooms smell because of the animals. If you have allergies, asthma, or an ailment I would NOT recommend staying here. The management and customer service are horrible. The manager ROSE has a VERY NASTY attitude! The rooms DID NOT get cleaned! The key cards DID NOT work and several times a call had to be made to get access to the room. Not even the worker's cards worked to access the rooms.
