If I could I would give this negative-100 . Absolutely terrible for one the lady at the counter had an attitude , secondly when I step into my room with my family we all noticed the carpet was wet !! And we are on the second floor. Third when I tried to take a shower I saw a a dead roach and the tub wasn’t clean. Nastiest bathroom I’ve ever been into . Lastly when we were about to go to bed we noticed bugs on the sheets. Overall the room was dirty and wet with a side of dead bugs. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME HERE!

I booked a room at this property so that we would not be in the busy neighborhood of New Orleans, yet still less than 10 minutes away, and their amenities like wash/dry. I had previously called and spoke with the front desk attendant and was told the location was safe, rooms clean, breakfast served. Upon arrival the landscape was extremely unkept, the grass was at least a foot or two high. We had to move rooms several times. The first room, the air didn’t work, the beds weren’t made, and there were no towels. The second room, the air conditioner worked a little better, but still hot in the room and the lights didn’t work. The third room the ac didn’t work so we went back to the second. So for location its placed nice. But property wise its terrible. Not well maintained, overgrown grass, no fire alarms in rooms. First room we were assigned too had no AC, and was dirty. The second room has AC but it barley blows and doesn't feel cold. I get they are renovating but thats no excuse for maintenance being poor and not know which rooms are in good condition. The Fire alarm missing has to be a building code violation of some kind.
