I had the worst experience from the get go. I would give this hotel stay a 0 star if permitted. No extra towels, we booked a double queen room but the bed size seemed twin. Shower did not work, water stagnant in the sink. The telephones in the room are just a showcase piece, they dont work. Very limited support from staff. The breakfast is pathetic. You should avoid this property if you are on a holiday.
The owner came to my door looking homeless and tried to kick me out before my payed time was up. It was a very shady hotel.
I saw bed bugs in the bed and that shit instantly disgusted me I rather a regular nice hotel not motel and the bed looked fixed with dirty sheets and I seen at least 4 bed bugs in my bed when I woke up and I thought I was tripping on my sleep like it’s nothing I woke up turned on my flashlight in actually confirmed on video
If I could leave this a zero I would. Dear Management Team, I am writing to follow up regarding a refund of $75.76 for my reservation on August 17–18, 2025. When I checked in, the first room I was given was extremely dirty and had visible blood stains on the mattress. I immediately reported this to the manager on duty, who moved us to another room, but unfortunately, that room was in the same unsanitary condition.
