Always liked La Quinta, not fancy but does the job plus handy locations. Was told breakfast was 6 to 9 am. Went down at 7:20 and the person in front of me got the one piece of sausage left. I walked over to the desk and asked the desk clerk if they were going to bring out more. She was eating herself while looking at her cellphone and without looking up just said “no”. Female Staff member was extremely rude and threatened to charge for losing room key which was not apart of contract. Found several bugs and smelled of feces in hallways. Towels were dirty no toilet paper in room overall extremely dissatisfied with stay for a graduation trip.
For less than $75 in the Wyndham app. Just walked in and it’s an immediate 5 stars. Beautiful practical clean modern room with several ambient light sources, two queen beds, a loveseat with spotless cushions, table and chair and all the expected amenities. The kind of room that makes you want to stay awhile.
This is the nastiest hotel i stayed in this town Nashville. Rude guest, Tools laying around not properly secured and a very very rude staff and didn't wanna own up to their faults.. Something has to be done about this hotel .. I have been in contact with a lawyer in regards to unsafe tools when renovations were being done.
