The only truly positive aspect of our stay was Marshall from the maintenance staff. He was consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. His willingness to assist guests stood out and is worthy of recognition. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was deeply disappointing. The app i used to book this place failed me. It has this listed as a HOTEL. It is clearly a MOTEL. It does have breakfast, but nothing spectacular. Mediocre coffee, cereal bar, toast, mini muffins, mini bagels, waffles. Milk, coffee, juice, none of that was fully stocked. The app also said this location has a fitness center. It does not. It has an outdoor pool. Rooms themselves are clean and updated, so as far as motels go, it's not that bad. Front desk is kinda rude and short. The room was nice but the ac was leaking.. you can hear the squealing of train wheels at all times.. other than that was ok
No no no. This place was disgusting. If we didn’t show up at midnight with young kids and a puppy we would have just left. The carpet was ripped and tapped like it made it okay. The sheets and blankets were stained and gross. We slept on top of the blankets and used the towels to cover up with. Ive seen cleaner toilets in frat houses!
