Nicest, most professional breakfast staff I've met.
The room stunk as if a dog peed in every single corner of the room, 304. delayed flight it was so late did not have time to complain to desk and get another room between that and the odor only 4 hours sleep before next flight. Carpet needs to be replaced. Unbelievable odor. Shame on them.
Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was well below expectations — cracks in the tile and grout, dirty common areas, and a foul odor throughout the building. The elevator was filthy, and our entire floor reeked of marijuana, with the smell seeping into our room. We contacted the front desk twice and were hung up on both times. When we went down in person, the staff simply said, “Thanks for letting us know,” with no effort made to address the issue.... read more
