There is an employee named Logan who apparently answers the phone for the hotel I'm not sure what his position is but he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. Logan was unprofessional uninformed and ensured that me and my family and friends will never spend another penny at this hotel. The whole building has a fly problem and smells like mildew. the outside smells like feces. gas station next door is convenient because the hotel has no snacks or drinks available. the hot tub has been out of service for weeks apparently and it's not the first time as i was told by staff. staff was wearing leggings and short shorts, no work attire for me to tell that they were working there and were short and rude with me the entire time. elevator is rickety and should be fixed it does not seem safe AT ALL. guest laundry roo... read more
