We booked a room at La Quinta Inn Midland (4130 W Wall St, Midland, TX) and my husband checked in yesterday. The room was filthy-bathroom and surfaces dirty, carpet stained, and doors/walls unclean. The entry door didn't latch, creating a serious safety risk. My husband reported it immediately, but the front desk refused a refund at check-in. The beds were big BUT they were full of Bedbugs!!!. My grandson got bit all over. It was impossible to sleep after seeing one. They wouldn't reimburse us for the second night nor did they seem to worried about the complaint. There was a stack and I mean a Stack of mattresses outside of the motel in the corner by the stairs. It really was a mess. Then trying to find somewhere else to stay

I had booked this hotel for the weekend. Since they over booked we got moved to a different hotel. Our double queen bed turned into double full size beds. We booked for a hotel with pool and the hotel we got moved to does not have one. Disappointed on the lack of communication and the way we got moved.
