The room was dirty! Trash from the previous occupants. The door did not close correctly. The lock was broken.

This is the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. There was trash all over the floor, ceilings had stains all over. There was hair all around the walls of the tub. One of the box springs under the mattress was yellow with black stains all over it. The walls were covered in stains that had ran down the walls apparently. One of the beds had black marks all over the comforter. I literally took a blanket out of my car and slept under that instead of getting in the blankets. Upon entering our room, there were many people hanging out in the parking lot near our room smoking pot. After encountering a cockroach running across the floor and also two bugs on the bed pillow, one looking like a tick, we decided to leave. The hotel managers would not refund our money nor return my calls or emails requesting this.

Beds were not made or cleaned. Trash was still there. Carpets were disgusting, torn and dirty. The television set did not turn on. I felt like if I was in a nightmare.
