Staff is amazing and very great customer service! The amenities of this hotel are basic but get the job done. My family and I are staying here for temporary housing until we move into our home. The pool has been down since we been here which is almost a month now. The guest laundry service has been out as well, machines are broken and no water gets to the washing machine and I believe the heating element for the dryer is out. this place was the most horrible place I’ve ever stayed once receiving my room key. I entered to my room that only had one working light. The other lamps had no lightbulbs in it when I went to go and check the bathroom. I found hair was inside the bathtub, I proceeded to check the bed found hair in there as well. Blood on the wall walls were filthy so I returned to the front desk and asked if I could have a different room. The second room was just as bad there’s snot inside.
