Actually think the hotel rooms are great. Some other policies are absolutely terrible. They do not place a hold but actually charge your credit card for incidentals and it seems to take quite a bit of time for the money to refund. Never had this experience it any other Hotel. Also booked a second room with points in which they charged our credit card. Still waiting for that refund as well.
Very nice, modern hotel. Good breakfast. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Nice well maintained workout room, pool & hot tub which was nice and hot. Shower room & towels in pool area were a nice bonus. Perfect location if you plan on taking the light rail downtown, the Lynnwood stop is directly across the street. And, since it's the end of the line there is zero train sound! Many dining options within walking distance too.
Eliza was so great I had a bad day and she brightened it!!!! So great do not meet many people as kind and cheerful as her It was such a pleasure!
Definitely great service and clean and professional and super honest a friendly staff. Jacqueline thank u so much for finding and holding my passport until I came back them Vannesa. She was in top of everything to make sure I got a room on sat evening them Mr Zack very pleasant gentleman was make sure everything was good for me. Iam handicap and sometimes my legs plays funny on me that’s why I always request room 102.
