If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Booked a room to stay for the night and the hotel was not what was explained online or in pictures, first room 119 has horrible stains on the bed and mattress! , I tried to be understanding and asked for a second room, on inspection 131 was worse than the first, as soon as I pulled the bedding back was a bed bugs, I hurried and rushed out and asked for a refund. location of the physical building is fine and I did not need much from the staff, but they were nice well we were checking in, but that's about the only compliment I can give this place. it is very dated and the hallways are extremely dark, it feels like walking through a haunted house. The ceilings are low and the whole place is unkept. getting inside the room, it was nicer than the hall, but the real issues came once we unpacked and had time to look around. Skip this one. I am a travel agent and decided based on the good reviews to give it a shot. I am telling you now, skip. Blood soaked mattress that they flipped over and called a day with no bed bug cover, didn’t sweep, front desk admonished me for being upset at the state of my room because housekeeping shouldn’t be expected to clean everything all the time. To managements credit they did listen to me and seem as appalled as I was. I got a partial refund for one room, one night.
