The first room they gave us had cockroaches on the walls, as well as stains from water damage. Comforter had stains and stiff spots don’t know what it was. 🤢 Also didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned. Got a different room was slightly better but noticed there was cockroaches and mold on the walls. There was a dead rat out in front of the main door.

Would leave a 0 if possible , roaches crawling around mold on the walls and very dirty, big dead rat by the front door wouldn't let my dog stay here..........and big ol boogers on the ceiling seen homeless shelters cleaner than this joint should've opted for the backseat of the truck

They are very sweet and kind. Very helpful. And the hotel feels safe. Good pricing too.

We got to our room and immediately found a live cockroach running across the floor. We went to the front desk to ask to cancel, and he said we wouldn't get a refund because we had already spent time in the room. Luckily he did move us rooms with no apparent cockroach activity.

We booked this room for thanksgiving weekend. Upon arrival we were skeptical of just the way the place smelled and dark by front desk. We went up to our room and immediately were disappointed. Looked around the bed for bedbugs didn’t see any but there were cockroaches actively running around, found broken glass and looked like the bed sheets hadn’t been changed at all. Not clean at all and the couch had stains on it every where. Needless to stay we left immediately and booked another room in a much nicer hotel. They did give... read more
