This is a good reliable budget hotel. The sheets, room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet without any ruckus, and noone called me at midnight asking me if I needed anything. Instead of staying here and giving them a 3 star review because the breakfast wasn't gourmet, you should go stay at the Ritz Carlton. Relative to other budget hotels, this place is very good and reliable.
The pictures on the website are deceiving. Upon arrival, the lobby and breakfast area looked nice but once we made our way to the room things changed. The first room we were placed in had a door that wouldn’t stay closed and appeared to have been forced open from the outside based on missing wood near the lock. Mold, door lock didn't work, smelly carpet, and once you cut on the light you would hear a sound from behind the mirror.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially at over $200 per night. From the moment we walked in, the entire property had a strong odor reminiscent of dirty mop water mixed with cleaning chemicals. The hotel feels very dated, dingy, and poorly maintained. Our first room had bubble gum stuck in the peephole and, more concerning, the door would not lock properly. Big clean rooms. Great water pressure. The only thing is they don't have blankets. If you get cold they give you an extra bed spread.
