Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in
I arrived around 6:30 PM after a long day of business travel and was immediately impressed with the check-in experience. Since I booked the stay using Wyndham Rewards points (free night), the front desk agent greeted me warmly, thanked me for my Wyndham status, and made me feel genuinely welcome right from the start. Unbelievably awful. DO NOT GO HERE! Every single (and I mean every single) thing in our room had stains. The bed sheets, the towels, the shower curtain, and even the bath mat. Also, our shower didn’t even drain properly and there was still tons of water in it the next morning. Not to mention, as we were leaving the elevator didn’t even work. You’re better off staying at a motel than this place.
Well there isn’t much good I can say about this place. We get in and get to our room, which was cleaned, HOWEVER, the sheets were stained, the shower curtain was stained, the towels were stained, the bath mat was stained, the tub wouldn’t empty after our shower (even into the next morning) and to top it all off the elevator wouldn’t work when we were leaving. Also the doors are so thin I could hear everything all night and into the morning. Do not, I repeat, do not stay here.
Dirty room dirty sheets and dirty towels. One day theu didn't even clean the room. Very disappointing.
