Super quick and friendly maintenance, Alexis was great. Took care of the problem, great asset to the hotel!
Great location. Hotel had no telephone in the room. No room service. Internet did not work. Room smelled like old tobacco. Only good thing was Laticia at the front desk. My advice to her- find a real hotel to work in. Wyndham should be ashamed
Pillows are terrible. Microsized and limp. TV service is the worst we've ever seen. Basically unusable unless you like infomercials.
We confirmed early check in prior to arrival. We get to the hotel and the front desk was unaware and we had to wait for a room, there was no hospitality when checking in. We were in a hurry to get on an elevator and the elevator opened with staff on it, they did not let us on the elevator despite us saying we were in a hurry, they then went to another floor and were extremely slow and unaccommodating. Best for last, the room had cockroaches in it, unacceptable.
