This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I checked in on line in a secure platform and gave my drivers license and credit card. When I arrived at the dump hotel, we were asked for my dl and credit card again . OK but then the employee took copies of front and back of my card and license and put the copy in a open file right by the counter which anyone could reach and breach security of your cc and information. I chose La Quinta because of their well-known pet-friendly policy, only to find out on the day of check-in that this particular location does not allow cats. This was extremely disappointing, as I was left scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute. Policies like this should be clearly stated everywhere to avoid situations like this for guests traveling with pets.
