I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this outdated hotel. I was in a dire situation needing a place for me and my pets, yet the service and conditions were far below acceptable standards. Abysmal Customer Service: The front office staff were completely unhelpful and displayed zero empathy. I was denied early check-in—even though the hotel was nearly empty with only three cars in the vast parking lot—and forced to sit outside on the scorching sidewalk for seven long hours until exactly 3pm. We had a very nice stay at the Baymont. Good value, and the room was nicer than at the more expensive Hilton we stayed at last week. The building shows its age on the outside, but our room was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning worked great. Very happy with this Baymont by Wyndham.
Price was very fare, rooms were freshly painted although the building seemed aged. But was very clean. I loved the extra hand rails in the bathroom for my aged mother. We paid $108 plus tax for one night. Which in March and spring breakers in all the hotels at $200 night. I’m very happy to pay $108. Free breakfast was the worst of everything I had toast and coffee. I DO recommend this hotel.
Roaches bugs everywhere. I sat a drink down, went & took a shower. Came back and roach was swimming in my cup Nasty, unsanitary, not healthy or clean so do not trust that it is. Bring your Disinfectant. Matter of fact Bring your Beach and face towels. Roaches will greet you at the door & in the morning all over the floor. Housekeeping is very nice & courteous.
