Estaba muy sucio y viejo los cuartos no los limpian bien y nunca hubo almuerzo por las mañanas esta muy feo ese hotel

Finally arrived to my reservation in El Paso after traveling from San Diego only to noticed at the door that "they over booked and canceled all reservation" excuse me! Wasn't notified. Now I had to pay for another hotel and all they said was to call to get a refund 3 to 5 business days later. Patethic!! While all this was happening, multiple people came to the front desk for numerous problems. Stay Away if possible.

The worse experience ever!! My family and I drove from San Diego, arriving exhausted, only to be told our reserved rooms had been inexplicably canceled. There was no prior communication no email, no phone call, nothing warning us of this issue. The staff offered no adequate explanation or solution, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. Really upset. I called Saturday night on November 28th, 2025 to book a for my son. He was traveling from Midland, TX to El Paso that night. I a confirmation through the phone. I explained and specifically told them he was going to get there at around 3am. He was going to sleep some hours and check out. He arrived to the hotel at around 3:30am, and they had cancelled the reservation without letting me know. I will never use, at least this location. He had to stay at a motel 8. Which it is there worst place to be.
