Lentisimo el check in. Y las instalaciones demasiado descuidadas
This is a decent hotel. I stayed in a one bedroom king suite and it was gross. The carpet has stains all over it and it smelled of cigarettes and it appeared to be not so clean. I planned to stay 3 days but I checked out after one night.
Paid for a suite and suite was not cleaned prior to my arrival. There was profanities written on the mirror, clothes from prior guests on floor, nail clippers and earrings left from prior guests as well. There was dirty, toilet paper left on bathroom floor. Room was non smoking and you could tell prior guests before me had used room for smoking as smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags and windows were left open. Hemos hecho uso de este hotel a través de algun tiempo, a través de los años la ubicación es excelente, el servicio en recepción también, el desayuno bien ( a secas), pero a través del tiempo a hizo bajando la calidad en algunas áreas como las que a continuación enumero: 1.- NO aceptan tarjetas de ningún tipo que sean de BBVA, con la aclaración que te dicen que tienen problemas con esta institución por cargos dobles. 2.- NO hay línea Telefónica en las habitaciones, está el aparato pero no da línea, cualquier aclaración la de... read more
