Tried to get new washcloths and toilet paper but I was told by non English speaking housekeeper that I had to get it from another room how do I get anything from a different room don't recommend I will never stay here again the elevator smelled nasty sweat just don't stay here it's hard to access hidden entrance not marked at all just the sign on the hotel building but no other signage to guide you to the hotel
Did not clean our room and refused to provide clean towels. The manager refused to do anything. The room stinks and this place is a dump. Don't stay here. Update: After filing a complaint with Wyndham, they responded and stated that the clerk offered me towels but I refused. Why would I refuse to accept the exact thing I was requesting? So not just poor service but untruthful employees. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The staff was not helpful and the manager in particular was extremely rude. They double charged us for our room and it was extremely difficult and time consuming to resolve the issue. The breakfast was substantially worse than other La Quintas. We could not get fresh towels because they were "out of towels." I would not recommend staying here.
When I am in the Detroit area I stay here at La Quinta. It’s very affordable. The rooms are always clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Outside the grounds are always kept nice. The staff at La Quinta are always pleasant and accommodating. These days it’s difficult to get what you pay for…. La Quinta is worth every penny and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Canton/Detroit area. Allie
Remote to the tv doesn't work, the phone also don't work to call the front desk to tell them their remote and phone don't work. Also the ac unit has an awful squeak to it
