Terrible experience. Was too afraid to stay there and denied a refund. Wasn't staying in an obvious drug den.

Absolutely terrible customer service paired with absolutely disgusting surroundings. Do yourself a favor and never book a room here.
DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT DISGUSTING STAFF !!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter stayed here and found a cockroach in her room. After notifying the front desk and asking for a new room, she was told there was none available. To make matters worse, she emailed the hotel about her frustrations only to be met with even more rudeness and downright disgusting behavior. THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO CALL HER A LIAR. You would be better off pitching a tent in the woods, than staying there.
Clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out. Overall the exact experience you’d hope for.
