This is A nice place to get a room.
We made reservations in advance for 2 rooms with 2 beds to sleep 6 people. When we got there, they had given our rooms away without a phone-call or any notice whatsoever. The only rooms they had available had 1 bed each, so 2 people had to sleep on the GROUND. We’ve tried all the avenues to have them make this right. This is so unacceptable. So I’m leaving this here until they respond & make it right.
Reddy was awesome in helping me get all my points fixed with the main operator for my Wyndham points. He is always available and very helpful when here.
It seems that an entire family and three generations are taking great care of this hotel and they are helpful and professional and even loaded my luggage into my vehicle as I am disabled.
