AHHHH NO. NO NO NO. I booked through a third party (like always) and the staff simply told me that they did not have payment even though I paid in full through the third party and showed my payment and other confirmations. In the time they took to ignore me, several people came into the lobby complaining of their refrigerator being stolen from the room and 2 other patrons complained of trash being in their rooms or the beds not even being made. I booked a 3 night stay through Travelocity. Always been easy and worked for years. When we arrived at this La Quinta Inn, they were unable to check us in or process the reservation. We were one of nearly a dozen other families with the same issue. Anyone that booked thru anything other than directly from the hotel was out of luck. This all was going on starting at 8pm and was still happening at 11pm. Travelocity tried everything they could to fix this but this hotel could not fix it. Why? Room was dirty with bugs. Pool was closed middle of June with 90° temps. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Elevator was broken. Only went to the 2nd floor. Stayed at a friend's place 2 of the 5 nights. Many transits live there.

I specifically ordered a handicapped entrance room and they gave me room on the third floor but the elevator only went to the second floor I am a heart attack patient.This was not good for me
