Friendly and helpful staff
This is the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The amount of care used in wiping the mirrors and food and other splatters on the wall only make me question the care in cleaning the bedding and preparing the food. We didn’t even stay for breakfast. I would not even stay there again at half the price we paid. They claim they are renovating but but could not even clean the windows at the entrance let alone the rooms. Don’t do it!
If I could give a zero star I would! I'm on a budget traveling through and I couldn't even stay there. I started getting a cough cuz my throat was scratchy from the mold and mildew smell, there was hair and dead bugs on the pillowcase! Worst experience ever!!!!! Thank goodness for Spark by Hilton just down the road for saving my night! Plus they won't refund my money and I didn't even make it an hour in the disgusting place they call a hotel.
