Beds were dirty w/ blood. A/C not working and they gave us a king side bed not what we ask for. We were very tire from traveling & 11:30pm they finally changed our room
Here for the weekend for a soccer tournament and just the parents with some kids sitting in the lobby watching the penguins game as we wind down for the night, the desk lady keeps telling us guest are complaining we are being to loud in the lobby. It's before 9pm what do you mean. We're just talking. As for the morning staff, the gentleman that ran the breakfast was the best. He was so nice, made sure everything was taken care of, even kept asking us multiple times before he closed the doors if we needed anything else. He wa... read more
Great hotel to stay in. Good location, friendly staff, breakfast hours, breakfast, room was all great.
I would go 5 stars, but their mattresses need updated. Other than that, very nice location and hotel! Great staff
