You get what you pay for!
HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING! DEAD BUGS EVERYWHERE, THE HALLWAYS SMELLED OF URINE AND WAS FILTHY. THE ROOM HAD BROKEN ITEMS AND HOLES. WE EXPRESSED OUR CONCERNS WITH THE FRONT COUNTER. HE DID NOTHING TO ACCOMADATE US AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND HE REFUSED. HE WAS RUDE AND NASTY AS THE PLACE LOOKED. WI WAS TOLD TO GO THROUGH HOTELS TO GET REFUND THEN THEY TRIED TO GET IN TOUGH WITH THEM THEN I WAS TOLD I COULDNT GET AREFUND AFTER I DIDNT EVEN STAY AT THE HOTEL. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! Room was clean and comfortable, however the shampoo, lotion and conditioner were all used by prior guest. The floor was sticky so we had to wear our crocs. Breakfast was very minimal- sausage was the only hot option (no eggs). Went next door to Tim Horton’s for coffee (as did the staff). Would stay there again for price point and proximity to antique mall. We will just bring our own toiletries, coffee, and breakfast
I always enjoy the LaQuinta when I stay in Columbus, it's very clean, has a nice workout area, very local to lots of restaurants, great breakfast and it's included!!!
They have no business owing a la Quinta if you ask me. No where in comparison to prior La Quintas. The flooring was falling apart in our room 418, the shower would come on and off in the middle of a shower, the windows were filthy dirty and the shield will fall off randomly. The elevator was literally falling apart. Customer service was weird. They had maintenance come in when we were gone when we never requested, it felt like an invasion of privacy.
