I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience well maintained. The management was professional an attentive ensuring that every guest had a pleasant and memorable stay rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable providing an excellent accommodation experience the staff were extremely polite and always willing to help
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware of my experience at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, but after checking into our room, we decided to leave and check out approximately 30 minutes later due to the condition of the room. The floor appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor, and the beds had crumbs, stains, and dog hair on them. If I could put ZERO i would ! They are scammers, refuse to cancel my reservation & give me a refund. Claim the room I stayed in someone else been staying in for 2 weeks ! They are stealing your money & putting in their own pockets do NOT book with them
