It’s a pretty good hotel. Could be a little cleaner, but not bad. Staff was really nice.
This hotel is very run down. The elevator is dirty and the door closes almost immediately, making it unsafe. Amenities are misleading — there is no gym despite being advertised. The rooms are in very poor condition and need much better cleaning. My bathroom had visible mold, and the extractor fan was both filthy and extremely noisy. Lets not talk about the noisy air conditioner. Parking is also a problem since spaces are taken up by people from a nearby bar, leaving little availability for guests. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very bad. We had blood stains on a pillow case; 2 (out of 2) soiled hand towels, dark stains in the bathtub, very low water pressure (but we did have hot water). Room also smelled, we believe from pet urine on the carpet. Staff was friendly; breakfast was standard and acceptable. Location was convenient.
First of all, the front desk gave us problems when our room only had two towels for 4 people. One of those people was an 84 year old with medical, who frequents the bathroom a lot. When, we asked for more toliet paper, we were given the 3rd degree about why we needed more toliet paper. The shower had rust spots by the drain and it didn't work very well. Came into Cleveland for one night, for a church event and game. had reservations ahead of time. We were out of the hotel 99% of the day aside from sleeping & when we got into the hotel and were trying to sleep (maybe 5 minutes after we got there and tried to eat something and sleep ) we got a call from an incredibly rude and disrespectful hotel employee.
