Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE on Nicole-Manager. Over charged with room rates, charged for service dog and questioned what type of servicedog. Over charged for room deposit. We NEVER stay there again and I will make sure I make this public and make sure no one stays there again.
Not much care taken of this facility. No amenities, water, coffee in the evening or at night. We were put in a Pet room even though we had no pet. Mold on wall next to Tub. Breakfast is not great and served for a very limited time. You are not even allowed to turn lights on in the breakfast room until 6:00 am as we were reprimanded by the kitchen staff. We also saw several customers in looking for coffee as they had to leave before 6 am but nothing. Prices are same rate at the Hilton and service was much better, cleaner, goo... read more

Very uncomfortable beds.
I thought for price, location and amenities it was great. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch too. I would definitely choose to stay here again
