DO NOT BOOK HERE! Checked into this hotel to stay for a night while I was working in town. First room the door was not properly working and has clearly been kicked in and never properly repaired was difficult to close after it finally did open. The AC was off and after turning it on it shut down within minutes. Went to front desk asked to be put in another room since there was an issue with the AC. Place was dirty and run down. Several in our group booked here for a concert so we bit the bullet and stayed. No customer service e. Night check in had to be located to fix our room keys. Asked morning check out person for a late check out and he refused. I have never been denied a late check out. He was very rude and smug about it. When I questioned him he decided I could have a late check out for $20 cash. Not shady at all...
I’ve stayed at a lot of LaQuinta locations over the years. This was by far the worst. It looks like an hourly rate motel with a splash of paint and a sign slapped on it. I won’t be back. If I hadn’t been so tired last night, I would’ve requested a refund and left. Unbelievable that this meets their quality standards. Lesson learned. 2 stars because I’ve seen worse. Once. In Chicago. Different chain.
Wi-Fi doesn't work TV doesn't work no phone in the room pool very dirty only in the room beds are lumpy and uncomfortable.
I made reservation for one night at this hotel, and I must admit, the room was horrible, bathroom was nasty there was 2 roaches crawling on the floor, and there was no iron or an iron board in the room and the representative informed me that there would be, the bed wasn't that clean either I feel like I should have got a refund for the nasty room I received but I will not be coming back to this hotel.
