We booked this using booking.com over a month in advance because it had an indoor pool and my kids were very excited about getting to swim but the manager had not updated the booking.com listing when I had booked it so it said they had a swimming pool but when I got to the hotel, it has been closed for 5+ months. Spent well over 1k for a room for 4 days for a local concert that's going on. Been here 10 minutes, we cannot change the channel on the TV at all. Went to front desk, they dont jave any "extra remotes" okay. Well I spent enough money to havw a working tv at least. Pool is drained. Not a good start.
We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was good, with enough options to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located within the city, making it easy to get around. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room included both a refrigerator and a microwave, which was a nice bonus.
