Pésimo servicio , verdaderamente molesta ya que por culpa de estas personas irresponsables y nada profesionales , ahora no tengo donde pasar la noche :( no se tomaron ni siquiera el tiempo para avisar que me habían cancelando mis reservaciones por falta de disponibilidad ya que por error suyo reservaron 16 habitaciones de más sin tenerlas disponibles . No alcanza ni una estrella este lugar . 0 RECOMENDADO .
Room was very bad and ditty
The hotel uses to much air/bedding fragrances you can't breathe my asthma was bad because so strong.
This is not a clean hotel and is pet friendly so in the rooms we had smelled like pee. Floors were dirty. They ran out of breakfast items. Garbage over flowing. Pool needed repairs. This hotel is managed by 3 young people who could care less about the hotel. I would highly recommended NOT STAYING HERE. No stars Mold in the bathroom. No room service unless you ask! Horrible place go stay somewhere else. I wanted some kind of a refund but they will not. That’s not how you run a business. Very disappointed.
