Doors are on the outside. Pictures don't show that. Pictures show a HOTEL not a MOTEL I was very disappointed. Wouldn't have stayed if i had known. Very loud and difficult to relax. Too much traffic noise. Will not stay there again.

The rooms are good. The biggest issue I had is staff needing to be re-trained on service animals. I was ask to provide a card (no such things exist; if others provided such, it was fake) and gave me attitude when I informed her (politely) that she was misinformed. I've included screenshot from the official ADA website. Had they even looked at the website, they would have lnown this. Hopefully, the staff will see this.
