Guy that works at night with tattoo on his face is super rude. I was unaware that you only rented rooms at certain hours of the day.
We requested early check-in and late checkout. Our check-in was delayed until after 4:00 pm, and we were required to check out by 9:00 am or pay a fine. The room and facilities are very nice. However, the customer service is lacking. As someone who has frequently stayed at Wyndham hotels, I found this surprising and disappointing.

Ended going to stay another night and my daughter called to the front office to tell them and they were going to note it. Well at 1pm the girl came to the room and said we had to leave or make another reservation. (Mekissa). I am on a came and we had my grand daughter with us. I’ve been a member for a long time and they will never get anymore money from money from me anymore
