I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Once again I get a bill A YEAR AFTER MY SERVICE because La Quinta Dental can't get their jobs done correctly. They overcharge and bill incorrectly and then when the insurance says no, they toss a bill to the customer. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. INCOMPETENT. WORST BUSINESS IN THE DESERT. AVOID!
Got a root canal 18 months ago and it failed. I have to get the tooth pulled. They only guarantee the first couple of months unlike other endodontists who guarantee a couple of years. I guess even they don't have much faith in their endodontists.
The incompetent dentist - . the dentist told me I need a crown for my teach, I listen to this dentist, after crown, my teeth hurts every time I drink cold water. then she recommended me to have a root canal done on this new crowned teeth. be careful what they say since they are so incompetent, now i am suffering pain. Missing leading charges - I was told to have the root cannel done to ease the pain, the dentist told me that the entire thing was $400 with my insurance. As a new patient I was shocked over inflated charges for my out of pocket insurance plan. Immediately went to a new dental provider, who charged me hundreds less for identical service.
