First used car bought from LQ Chevy had squeaking breaks 2 days after purchase. Had to take the care in multiple times to get the problem fixed. Very dissatisfied with the service department that kept pushing it off and calling it just sand build up. If it wasn't over 100 degrees out I would have had the windows down and could hear the noise when I test drove it. I have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership (back to the Ken Garf Chevy days). This was my first used one. It will be my last time going with LQ Chevrolet.
Fast and seamless, very organized
Best dealership hands down! We've had a great experience purchasing vehicles at this dealership and their service dept. They are transparent with paperwork when purchasing and no games. It was a smooth purchase and our sales man David was great and so was our finance guy Dominick. I feel comfortable taking my vehicles in for service knowing their advisors are knowledgeable. We will be returning for future purchases and service needs.
From when I first started here when I bought my 2016 malibu. Great car just had a minor issue but Justin n Dan took very good care of me and fixed it immediately. Came back with the wife yrs later n bought a 2020 equinox and traded in out 2017. Justin and Dan took great care of me n my wife. Met Lorraine and she also been a great advisor towards me n my wife.
