Had a really great experience friendly staff clean room will most definitely be staying here again!
Very nice and spacious room. Very clean. Worth the price. Shower had 5 heads not including the handheld which was cool. Only issue i had was trying to enter the property from one side of the road due to the median and traffic.
I want to first say that the room was not what I expected. I got a suite and when I walked in, there was multiple stains on the couch(white stain), carpet floors(red stains), and chairs. The lights in the bathroom and main bedroom didn’t turn on. The room and hallway outside had an odor. The shower floor had brown stains. Some weird stain on the inside of the blanket. I’ve been here before and it has definitely changed a lot. Would not recommend.
Just like many hotels, it can be up & down here. Sometimes the water will be working, sometimes not. Sometimes, the wifi will have sufficient coverage, sometimes not. Sometimes, the service will be top knotch, sometimes not. There are many gambles here, but the price doesn't change according to these fluctuations & it's a bit too much, considering this senereo.
