First, there is the $10 parking fee that is not on the web site. I have a handicap and cannot walk 1/4 mile away. I felt like I was paying to park in a handicap parking spot. I had to have room keys reactivated twice. The gentleman who reactivated the keys the 2nd time, came in from outside with a cigarette, placed the cigarette on the counter while he activated my card, then took the cigarette into the office.
