Nice place. Was a little worriedly when you first turn in but go all the way to back. It looks the front was a hotel that they are slowly working on.
Do you like sleeping in a sauna?! Front desk controls the AC. I had to beg the front desk to let us have some cold air. Our room 525 was 80 degrees and balmy. We begged and begged only to be told "it's cold outside". Cool, let me open a windows then! Oh, I can't! Then let us use AC to sleep in a 70 degree room!! No sleep! I want a refund!
Excellent value property in a great location, directly across parking lot of Allstate Arena with lots of restaurants a very short walk away. Front desk staff, especially George, is fantastic—George went out of his way to make my stay a great one! He’s a true asset!
