Avoid at all costs, made yhe mistake of renting a parking space here for travel, cant get to the main desk or anyone, do not use thus place for anything other then a warning
Terrible customer service
Front desk was very rude when I called and asked why the shuttle times were not posted on the site, he also wouldn’t help me cancel the room. I canceled it because I felt uncomfortable showing up alone late at night after the way he was speaking to me. I travel for work and haven’t ever had an encounter like that at any hotel.
The rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and courteous. The beds in our opinion are too soft and you cant turn the air to hot or cold. It was so hot all night.
Overpriced. Rooms don’t have ac and accommodations are lousy. Breakfast is pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend.
