I ordered 2 pounds of sliced American prosciutto, The package was damaged during delivery and prosciutto was cracked open and exposed., I contacted customer service with two emails as well as two phone calls and left two messages. It’s been three days as of.5/426 And still, no one contacted me.Stay away from ordering online. customer service Not very responsive, it’s funny how they guarantee customer satisfaction

I had an unfortunate experience with the delivery, but this was due to UPS and not the company itself. I emailed the company and received an immediate response with an offer of a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement and received it the next day. I don’t understand the negative reviews regarding product quality, as I have thoroughly enjoyed these meats. I will be a repeat customer, and I commend their extraordinary customer service.
