Placed an order and was charged for it on 7/22/24. I was told I cannot pick the product up at the local warehouse as that was their policy and I had to pay $200 for shipping. They did not even have the product in stock and never informed me of this. I called Tiger Foam around two weeks later to check on my order as it had not yet arrived and they were not able to give me an estimated shipping date.
