I had a prescription back in November of 2016 for an Antibiotic, now you deem this as not necessary that I can use a lesser one that does not work, or pay 275 for an antibiotic that does. your excuse tell the doctor to fill out a pre-existing form ( of which you won't send him) and you will add it back on, so the doctor gives me a coupon to use and the pharmacy cannot put it through because you are flat out refusing to let it be filed because the doctor will not fill out the forms you won't send him meanwhile I am sick and c... read more

I don't think too highly of this company. Last year was a 50% increase in the premium and was just notified that they are raising it another 30%. Between Obama care and price gouging health insurance companies we are being penalized for HAVING to carry health insurance. Feeling ripped off!
