have been trying to get a claim issue resolved since 9/24...so my husband can go get an eye exam...I have been waiting since Friday for a supervisor to call me "right back".....it's now Monday night and we are still waiting! He is still using temporary contacts...he needs contacts or he can't see...this is absolutely terrible!

Work for a company that offers better insurance. If you are under paid and have "Anthem" run like Hell. Because you are being used and abused. When was the last time you had a decent raise. Are you treated fairly, are women making less than men? You might need to take your skills where you will be appreciated. Just a thought.
Anthem is no longer covering synovial joint fluid for individuals with osteoarthritis! People over 40 beware! Do not buy anthem insurance if you have this condition and require the twice-yearly injections to maintain mobility and activity levels! I was just denied having knee injections after having had them twice yearly for about 6 years! I will be having replacement knee surgery within six months if they do not reinstate them, as I am operating on very little fluid and cartilage left in my knees!
