AMAZING!!! La Promenade did a fantastic job making my dream wedding cake. Lori was a pleasure to work with when I went for a cake tasting. Everything tasted so good that it was tough to choose! Not only did I use La Promenade to make the wedding cake, but I also had them make a groom cake for my husband. Julian was absolutely AMAZING to work with on this surprise cake. Cakes, cookies and prepared foods This little bakery/shop offers not only baked goods, but quick prepared meals for those nights you just don't feel like cooking. The cookies and cakes are delicious. They do outside catering -- everything from weddings to small dinner parties. Their wedding cakes are delicious.
Beautifull Cakes! My wife and I order our wedding cake from La Promenade a few months ago. The service was excellent and I was extremely happy. Our cake was delivered to our wedding in NYC right on time. They have a wide range of beautiful cakes and I cant wait till my wife's birthday to surprise her with another beautiful cake. Give them a try and I am sure you will fall in love like we have.

Awful service "Awful service" Given the good things we'd heard, we were extremely disappointed in our experience with La Promenade in Tenafly, NJ. It's not that they're bad bakers; the cake they made for our wedding tasted fine but WAS THE WRONG CAKE - wrong flavor, wrong filling, wrong icing. My bigger complaint, however, is that when we let them know of the mistake they couldn't have cared less. Instead of refunding at least some of the money we paid (in advance, of course), they eventually offered to give us a small cake ... read more
not good all we asked for was a replicate of a cake that was pictured on the bakery's own website... we did not get this. the exterior of the cake was not what we had ordered. it was not the cake that we wanted and that we paid A LOT for. the interior was nothing special either... didn't taste as good as we expected a really expensive cake to taste. NOT worth the price!
Great Cakes, Amazing Designing I couldn' t be happier with my experience with this establishment. The cake I ordered was scrumptious! Their designer, Dee, was very helpful and extremely talented in bringing out my daughter' s personality through the Bat Mitzvah cake. I heartily recommend La Promenade for any of your catering needs.
