Moved in during covid because my company moved. No refrigerated air, what they did have broke down 1-2 times a season. Was on 2nd floor 2 of my steps broke during my stay. It was not a clean area. Dog poop everywhere. They turned off water constantly with little to no notice. They lost copy of my Renters Ins and tried to charge me for not having any. Would not recommend living here.
La Privada is a wonderful place to call home! The community is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of natural light and functional layouts.
