We love it here! We also wouldn’t have made the decision to stay if it wasn’t for Samir! He truly is a gem! His professionalism and kindness made it an easy decision for us to call La Privada our home! We have a 4 year old daughter who loves Samir and he is very kind to her and always makes sure to ask how we’re doing and if we need anything. This is probably the best and most beautiful property around this part of Scottsdale. Sarah and Samer are really wonderful people. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find leasing team who are this attentive and kind. I really appreciate their professionalism and personal touch.

I absolutely loved touring at La Privada and wanted to leave a review because everyone there was just so wonderful. Samer helped us out on our tour day and was incredible. He such a kind, professional, and helpful person and really knows his stuff! He went above and beyond with making us feel comfortable and welcome. The property is beautiful and well-kept and Samer was very knowledgeable and informative. I can't wait to move in!
