La Pravada is an incredible facility. The property, amenities, and staff are all amazing - especially Juan. He has an eye for the small details!
This is my favorite complex i have been apart of since I moved to Arizona 4 years ago. The community feels like a resort! And I absolutely love the high ceilings in my apartment. To top it all off the staff here is amazing. Samer, Sarah and stacy are true professionals and help me whenever I am in need. They are extremely patient and kind. It's a joy to work with any of them. Juan is amazing! He came to fix my dishwasher after trying to troubleshoot it myself and he fixed it in under a minute. Thanks to him I don’t have to wash dishes anymore!
My mom lives at La Privada and it is has been the best move for our family. She loves Juan, she requests him for every service. He’s very helpful and friendly. Sara and Samir are always helpful when we come visit for days at a time, just a very welcoming and helpful staff overall.
