I really wanted to trust the process, but something about the experience didn’t feel completely transparent. The staff were polite, but I didn’t feel fully reassured by the answers I received. I left feeling a bit disappointed and unsure.

Went in to ask if the have a silver necklace for my pin dent and he was in a mood and was yelling at my grandfather. Just disappointed because he help us with silver rings for my mom.And he give her a deal but this time she was not there. So he wanted to act disrespectful.
2026 - DISHONEST My in-laws used them for years and would even take them wine. They claim the ring my mother-law took them before she passed away wasn’t there when he went back. Then he took 2 chains to get appraised. He weighed it and started to go to the back my father-in-law tried to stop him and told him to give me them back. He still went in the back and came back with different necklaces. They cheat an 83 year old grieving widow. THEY ARE PATHETIC
