Went to urgent care per MD instruction as he couldn't get me in for 2 days. Was seen by Wendy Hays NP who seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. She spent time making sure I knew plan of care.
More concerned with how I would cover estimated cost over my child’s well being. Then tried to give him medication he was allergic to when called out said they would give another medication he was in able to have. Didn’t monitor my child’s well being at all, had to have me bring in medication from home to give him because they didn’t have Tylenol he could have!
Quick, nice, knowledgeable doctor.
They made me feel like they were very concerned about me. AND they were helpful I was very happy
