Spoke with business for rental. Requested an hour notice. Drive an hour and half with notice and Brian stated it wasn’t a good time. While things can come up, he suggested I go to Wal-Marr from 9:30am to 4:00pm when he could assist. I stated that would not work due to a family member being in the hospital, he hung up and would not pick up to discuss another day/time. Most unprofessional business manager ever. Horrible customer service!
