They really do the "bare minimum" Eigenman is probably the absolute laziest selling realtor I've ever seen. Except for when you have a house under contract, and he wants to list it all over fb after knowing that he just got earnest money dropped off that day No help with any info on property as far as garbage, zoning, etc. And don't expect him at the closing either. I don't understand how people like this stay in business.
Gene was new to realty but helped us navigate everything so easily! He’s an honest guy and was there for anything we needed. I know he did so much more behind the scenes than I even knew. Highly recommend this team and Gene!
Honestly if it’s listed with these people run don’t walk don’t even waist your time with looking at the property they are the slowest most unethical people my family has ever had the displeasure of dealing with… they should probably have lost their brokering license
