The staff is beyond rude. The only nice person is Dr. Laporta but the nurses and Dr Odonell are awful! The nurses are inpatient, rude to people with disabilities and family members, and short tempered.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ( DR O'DONNELL )!!!! I would NOT recommend DR. O'DONNELL to anyone.!!! MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH DR LAPORTA. I FINALLY DID AND IM SUPER GLAD I DID . 😊

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY GOING HERE!! !!!! They are unorganized, messy, unprofessional, extremely rude, and a waste of your time. I've heard bad things about my doctor there (Dr. Donnelly and her staff) from other Doctors and Nurses (that I've been confiding in and i wont mention names) that have had members of their family being seen by her and couldn't wait to get them away and seen by a completely different office. Rude staff didn't help at all trimming nails 😤 infection got worst end up going to another doctor more pleasant and effective. This people is pharmaceutical sellers, here take a pill but they don't address the issue from the root.
